  • When should I place my order?

    When thinking about placing an order, it is best to do it as early as possible. We require 3-4 weeks in advance when placing an order. Watch out for cancellation dates on social media to snag last minute spots.

  • Do you offer GF, Vegan, or Dairy Free Desserts?

    At this time, we do not offer any GF, vegan, or dairy free desserts. That doesn’t mean we won’t offer it the future though!!

  • What if I need to my cancel my order?

    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after the remaining balance has been accepted (2 weeks before order is due). After that I can offer a partial refund of 50% up to 10 days before your order is due. Orders canceled within those 10 days will unfortunately notnbe refunded as I set time aside to complete your order along with buying all of the supplies. In exceptional circumstances, such as a medical emergency or natural disaster, please reach out to me as soon as possible so we can discuss how to handle your order correctly.

  • How much do your desserts cost?

    All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient cost, and the detail of your order. I am always trying to provide the best tasting desserts to my clients. This also means I can’t honor old prices, if new pricing increases (because the grocery store won’t honor their old butter prices- Darn it!).

  • Do you deliver?

    We only deliver for weddings/dessert Bars, custom cakes for a fee depending on where you live. Cookie orders are pickup only at this time as we have many people coming to pickup during the day and have to be there to hand it off/ and most likely will be baking during the day!! You can always feel free to reach out and ask though to see if we can accommodate to you!

  • How do I reserve a date?

    A date is reserved when your deposit is paid. If your deposit is not paid, the date is up for grabs. Your deposit of 50% is due when ordering and the rest is due 2 weeks before your order.
